Azreal and his Inner Circle

Chapter Master Azreal, born on a death world Kimmeria, his deeds are legend among the Sons of El' Johnson. 

Though he has not often served with the 4th Company his feats speak for themselves. A master tactician and warrior, he is also the voice that guides the Dark Angels more than any other.

Azreal with his retinue from the Librarius, from left to right. Bellerophon, Azreal, Turmiel. Bellerophon has served with distinction in many campaigns, smiting many foes on the planet Arboreus, as well as fighting numerous foes, in other regions around the galaxy. Turmiel has not recently seen as much action as his counterpart but has been part of several important battles, he often gets mistaken for Ezekiel due to the fact that both of them have bionic eyes. Many swear they saw his sword flashing during the battle of Mellaj.

As a personal aside I also have the model of Azreal himself but frankly i like this model from the dark vengeance kit alot better. When a company master is required beyond indomiel and azreal this fellow becomes Mercius.

Interegator Chaplain Seraphicus. A softspoken man with his battle brothers, the Chaplain's outward demeanor hides a burning rage that when enlisted fully is said to be akin the Fury of the Lion himself. Was most recently employed in the massive battle for Cypra Mundi, where he was ordered to bring a group of Deathwing knights into the fray, and dispatched a Greater Demon of Nurgle.

Another Important member of Azreals Inner circle who helps to guide the 4th company is Brother-Chaplian Pious seen here with Brother Libraian Turmiel. A firm believer in the doctrine that love of the emperor and hatred of the foe will see a marine through any hardship, Pious is true Dark Angel, slow to anger slow to forgive, he has been known for his rosing oratory that lift the hearts of his men and compell them to greater heights. During his last battle upon the world of Ithacus he was seen battling 17 termagaunts to standstill, felling many with every swing of his crozius, he even managed to destroy a mawloc that had broken though the battle lines on that fateful day, but not before the rest of his squad brothers were killed leaving only Pious to face the wrath of great devourer...
